They might be the best plumbers at the best prices but you would never find out. It takes forever to make an appointment with them then they don't show up or even return your calls. Complete disrespect of your time; sure sign of unprofessionalism and poor customer service. They are not plumbers-more like unreliable handymen that charge plumber prices

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and fast plumbing service! I contacted Ritter & Sentry Plumbing after discovering a leak in my main line coming in from the street. Holly was Friendly and professional and Jeff arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and completed the job correctly and quick! I give them 5 STARS!!

I called Ritter & Sentry for an estimate to repair a 2nd floor shower drain that leaked into the 1st floor. They looked at the issue & found a way to repair the leak without damaging the house. They preformed the work in an professional & efficient manner. I highly recommend them and will use them again when I have a plumbing issue.

The seal they put on the toilet leaks, and when the technician showed back up, he had no interest in checking it out and just left. I called him for six months to come back out and fix the toilet. Finally, I had to get another contractor my advice to you is that you don’t get involved with them because if anything goes wrong, you’re gonna have to call somebody else in and fix it, very rude and condescending company. No communication.

It was refreshing to work with Jeff. He was upfront and honest where other well known licensed plumbers wanted to charge me $4k+, Jeff investigated my issue and found it wasn't even coming from our property. I will use Ritter again in the future. I trust them whole heartedly.

Excellent service always. Every time I needed a plumber Jeff was always on the job and gave you the most for your money. Would highly recommend. Office staff is also great and knowledgeable.

This company is horrible! I would not recommend them to anyone! They installed a bathroom shower, hooked up the hot/cold water backwards, installed a cracked sink faucet and most importantly, the owner came back to fix the work and was extremely disrespectful and rude. Horrible business ethic & customer service.
